Kitchen Hoods

Kitchen hood motor has a 2-year warranty.
Warranty will not be claimed for damage from a short circuit.

Hobs

Hobs are covered by a 6-month warranty.
Covers gas leakage, breakage of cast iron grills, and melting of burners.
Void if an LPG hob is connected to Natural Gas (or vice versa).
Customer is liable for service visit charges in case of incorrect gas connections.

Electric Geysers

Heating element has a 1-year warranty.
Water tank has a 2-year warranty against leakage.
Warranty will not be claimed due to a short circuit.

Instant Geysers

Inner water tank has a 2-year warranty against leakage.
Void if an LPG geyser is connected to Natural Gas (or vice versa).

IMPORTANT SERVICE NOTE

In case of an incorrect installation, user error, or customer fault that requires a technician's visit, a service charge of PKR 1,000 will be applicable and payable by the customer.
